When you create an account with us, you're responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate our terms or appear to be fraudulent.

3. Subscription and Payments

For our paid Mentor accounts:

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard
  • We don't offer refunds for partial subscription periods
  • All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable

4. Content Ownership and Licensing

As a mentor, you retain ownership of your course materials, but grant us a licence to:

  • Display and promote your content on our platform
  • Make technical modifications necessary for platform functionality
  • Use your name and profile in connection with your content

You must not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

5. Platform Rules

When using IT Sales Mentor, you agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the platform for any illegal purposes
  • Upload harmful content or malware
  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the platform
  • Scrape or collect user data without permission
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Engage in spamming or unsolicited marketing

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these terms
  • We're required to do so by law
  • We're discontinuing the service

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the platform "as is" without warranties
  • We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months

These limitations don't apply to liabilities that can't be excluded under UK law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
