We don't do partial refunds, but we don't charge any cancellation fees either. If you're having issues with the platform, do reach out before cancelling – we might be able to sort things out for you.

We review profile changes before they go live to maintain quality standards. This typically takes 1-2 business days. For mentors, we check that course descriptions and professional credentials meet our guidelines. If your update has been pending for more than 3 days, drop us an email and we'll fast-track the review.
In your account dashboard, click "Billing & Invoices" to access your payment history and download invoices. For subscription changes, click "Manage Subscription" to upgrade, downgrade, or update your payment method. If you need a specific format for your accounts department, just let us know.

We check for clear learning objectives, accurate descriptions, and appropriate pricing. Common reasons for delay include vague course outlines, missing prerequisites, or unclear delivery methods.
